- Personal AI model training — upload selfies, get yourself in 100+ scenes (business headshots, fashion, travel…).
- AI photo editor with 40+ effects: background removal, age change, outfits, restoration and colorization of old photos.
- AI video generation on top of leading engines (Sora, Kling, Veo) and voice cloning / text-to-speech.
- Subscriptions and one-off purchases across web and both app stores.
What I built
- The whole thing: AI generation pipeline and model orchestration, backend on Google Cloud, mobile apps for both stores, web app.
- Payments end-to-end: Stripe on web, RevenueCat + store billing in apps, subscription lifecycle and entitlements.
- Growth machine: Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns with AI-generated creatives, plus Google Ads API automation for monitoring and reporting.
- Store operations: App Store / Google Play review cycles, releases, ASO, analytics.
